A wide range of different systems for external and internal use and additional components make it easy to meet individual customer needs and special design requirements, as well as different technical requirements, for example on thermal insulation, accessibility and burglary resistance. A low manufacturing complexity, well-thought-out design details of frame and sash profiles, as well as matching accessory sets, enhance process reliability and provide for a reliable and efficient manufacture and installation.

Flexibility

Depending on the system and desired opening type, heroal sliding and lift-and-slide systems can be installed with fixed elements and with single, double or triple-track frames with up to six movable sashes. Variants such as glass folding walls and full and glass sliding systems are also available for outdoor living areas.

Design variety

heroal sliding and lift-and-slide systems are coated with the highly weather-resistant heroal hwr powder coating for unique design variety and colour consistency with the heroal system portfolio.

Unlimited views

The 90° corner design – as an all-glass corner or opening corner – enables seamless transitions between indoor and outdoor spaces, completely without corner posts. The optional panoramic glazing of the fixed panel (heroal S 77 SL) offers maximum transparency with large glass surfaces and plenty of light. In addition, the heroal VS Z sun protection system (also available as a corner solution) can be harmoniously integrated.

Glass folding walls

Through its cooperation with Solarlux, the heroal portfolio has been specifically expanded to include high-quality glass folding walls – ideal for projects requiring generous openings, maximum transparency and flexible design.

Accessibility

When the bottom frame is integrated into the building structure connection, heroal sliding and lift-and-slide systems can be designed to be barrier-free. Combining them with the patented heroal DS drainage system ensures reliable moisture protection.

Electric drive

The heroal SF Drive drive system, which is fully integrated into the heroal S 77 and heroal S 77 SL profiles, enables particularly convenient control at the touch of a button, by remote control or by connecting to a smart home system.

Safe and convenient operation

The convenience accessories ensure smooth and convenient opening and closing, even with heavy sashes. With the Easy Move automatic sash retraction system, the sash is gently slowed down shortly before reaching the closing edge and pulled into its end position. Gear dampers and tension springs support easy and controlled operation.

Smooth operation

Durable, robust stainless steel running rails and proven heroal fitting technology ensure smooth operation over the long term.

Burglary resistance

For a secure home, heroal offers tested solutions up to resistance class RC 2 with the heroal S 65, heroal S 77 and heroal S 77 SL systems. Lockable handles, an anti-lift device and a high number of locking points further increase security.

Modular thermal insulation

The modular system design allows the thermal insulation to be reliably adapted to different project requirements within a single system, reducing storage costs and ensuring efficient production. For designs without insulation requirements, uninsulated (all-glass) sliding systems can be used.

Efficient production

The profile machining of heroal sliding and lift-and-slide systems can be carried out using few or existing drilling jigs and punches, requires very little milling and can be carried out with virtually no bar machining centre.

Maximum stability for large glass surfaces

Even large elements with a high proportion of glass can be processed safely and easily thanks to statically dimensioned profiles. For additional installation convenience, the heroal S 77 SL variant offers simple glazing of the fixed panel from the outside.
