Facade systems

The modular system design and innovative insulator technology enable the thermal insulation to be adapted to the specific requirements of each construction project. The heroal C 50 HI façade system achieves maximum thermal insulation values up to passive house level.

For effective shading of façades, both the external textile sun protection system heroal VS Z and the external venetian blind system heroal VB Free can be seamlessly integrated into the heroal C 50 façade system as a partially integrated or front-mounted solution – retrofitting is also possible if required.

The heroal C 50 façade system can be combined with heroal door and window systems, with the heroal W 72 i and W 77 i block window systems without visible sashes (also known as ‘floating windows’), the heroal C 50 SW roof window and the heroal W 72 VF ventilation flap.

heroal C 50 FP 30 can be combined with our heroal FireXtech D 93 FP 30 CE fire protection door. This can be designed as a single-leaf or double-leaf configuration.

The heroal profile bending and folding service can be used to create special shapes such as round arches and pointed arches. Design variants such as heroal C 50 ID (industrial design in steel look) and design concepts such as heroal C 50 GD (glass design) offer additional design freedom.

The highly weather-resistant heroal hwr powder coating ensures high-quality, colour-fast surfaces and colour consistency across the heroal system portfolio. This enables the façade and insert elements to be optimally coordinated for a building envelope that looks as if it were cast from a single mould.

The high level of system compatibility in the heroal portfolio enables the flexible use of window, door, (lift-and-slide) sliding door and sun protection systems – for technically and visually perfectly coordinated solutions, maximum design freedom and uniform architectural concepts.

The heroal C 50 FP 30 fire protection façade was developed based on the heroal C 50 façade system. It offers the option of triple glazing and HI variants to meet high thermal requirements. At the same time, the design allows for two installation variants – as a curtain wall and as a recessed façade.

The heroal C 50 FB (Fire Barrier) variant of the heroal C 50 façade system offers a fully integrated solution for preventing fire from spreading from floor to floor. It can be used flexibly as a fire protection balustrade, fire protection apron or as a combined element, blending seamlessly into the façade design.

The universal punching machine allows for particularly fast and efficient processing of mullion and transom profiles. With 13 different functions, almost all profile processing can be carried out by one person using just one tool.

The seal rolling machine enables prefabrication in the workshop, so that the seals do not have to be rolled in on site, thereby reducing production times.

Various insulators and a continuous seal simplify installation and reduce the time required on site – for cost-effective and reliable processing.

The heroal C 50 PS bolt tensioning system allows large-scale glazing and high glass loads to be achieved with a slim 50 mm face width – without the need for heavy insert profiles. The individually adjustable pre-tensioning force allows precise adaptation to project-specific loads.
