In order to meet increasing requirements for fire protection, heroal continuously works to further develop its fire protection systems for both private and commercial buildings. heroal offers fire protection systems for a wide variety of applications – both indoors and outdoors. Our product portfolio ranges from fire protection doors, fire protection windows and curtain walls to compatible fire protection glass. heroal’s fire protection systems are tested up to classification EI 30 and thus meet European standards.

Aesthetic design and integration

heroal fire protection systems enable high-quality, seamless design – with concealed integrated protection components and smooth transitions between areas with and without fire protection. The seamless integration of the door into the façade ensures a harmonious overall appearance while meeting all the requirements of a functional door. The high-quality heroal hwr powder coatings, integrated closers and special shapes such as curved elements offer additional design freedom.

Safety for indoor and outdoor areas

Whether fire protection closures, fire protection façades, smoke protection solutions or protection against fire spread – heroal systems are comprehensively tested and certified. The door systems offer reliable fire resistance for 30 to 90 minutes – for indoor use with general building approval, for outdoor use with classification report and CE marking in accordance with EN 16034 and EN 14351-1. The heroal C 50 FP fire protection façade can be upgraded to a highly thermally insulated solution with the patented Fireblock insulator.

Flexible planning and efficient implementation

The modular system concept from heroal offers maximum flexibility for a wide range of property requirements – from single doors to façade solutions. Large elements up to 5 m high and threshold-free door solutions ensure a wide range of possible applications.

Door system solution for heavily used passageways with smoke protection required

There are various different ways of combining smoke protection elements in indoor areas: with the heroal D 65 C SP profile system, it is possible to install single- and double-casement smoke control doors that have been tested to DIN 18095 RS 1/RS 2 and EN 1634-3 standards. Central glazing or an automatic hinged door drive system for smoke control doors are also available as an option. Versions with fixed glazing or dividing wall systems are also possible in a variety of designs. Clampable hinges enable quick and cost-effective production.

The heroal D 65 C FP profile system's single- and double-casement fire doors, which have been tested to EN 1364-1 and 1634-1 standard and approved in accordance with the national classification report, offer various design options including side sections and transom windows. The profiles of the heroal D 65 C system provide a basis that can be extended to create fire protection barriers with just a few additional components. Versions with nonbearing protective wall constructions are also possible in a variety of designs.
